Ready, set, go back to school in this boys' red and navy blue plaid breakaway tie. The classic pattern is designed to match your school colors. While this tie is sized for elementary and middle school boys, there are neckties, bow ties and crossover ties in sizes for your entire K-12 student body.
This is a pre-tied tie. A loop that goes around the neck can be unclasped to attach and secure. For safety reasons, if the tie is yanked or grabbed too hard it will "break away" from around the neck. The tie is made from heavyweight polyester for durability and has a uniform style matte finish.
Sizing
The length of our boys' pre-tied ties refers to the length from the top of the tie knot down to the very tip of the tie. Use the sizes below based on age as a guide only. For best fit, we recommend measuring the child from the top of the collar to the belt line, which is about where the tip of a tie should hit. Select the length of tie that is closest to your measurement.
