This orange tie bar is slim and stylish. It measures 1.75-inches wide, so it’s designed for skinny ties 2- to 3-inches wide. It features a modern matte-like finish that will look great anywhere, from a day at the office to a well-deserved night out.
You can wear colored tie bars on solid ties that are the same shade (orange in this case), but they look their best when the tie features contrasting hues. With that said, try this one on blue or purple ties. Don’t just stick to solid colors either. This tie bar is quite stylish on patterns and stripes.
If you’re new to tie bars, here a few pointers to wear it correctly. First, make sure you clasp it your shirt. (Tie bars aren’t just for style, they are great for keeping ties put.) As far as placement, when you button your jacket your tie bar should still be visible. No jacket? Count down from your neck and place the tie bar between your third and fourth buttons.
While the navy blue necktie in the photos is not included with this tie bar, it can be purchased separately.
