This is a pre-tied bow tie with an adjustable band collar, so it's easy to put on. Simply adjust the band to your neck size and secure with the hook-and-eye closure. (It expands up to a 16.5-inch neck size.) The bow is average sized, not too big or too small, at 5.5-inches wide and 2.5-inches tall. The fabric has a shiny finish.
