Get your students ready for back to school with this boys' burgundy and gray tie. The pattern is classic and designed to match your school's colors. This tie is sized for older elementary school and middle school boys. (Specifics on sizing are below.) For younger and older children, there are matching neckties, pre-tied ties, bow ties and crossover ties available, making it easy to outfit your entire student body.
This is a self-tie necktie, so it must be tied by the wearer. The width is traditional at 2.5- inches. We made the tie from thick polyester to help with durability. The material has a matte finish, just like you'd expect from a uniform tie.
Sizing
When tied, the tip of a necktie should hit at about the belt line. Typically, this length of tie will fit most children ages 8 to 13-years old. Since kids vary in size, you might want to do a quick measurement to ensure this tie is the best fit. Measure the child from the collar to the belt line. The length measured should be roughly between 14.5 and 17-inches long. Need a different size? For shorter lengths, try a pre-tied boys' tie. For longer lengths, consider a men's tie.
