Polka Dot Ties

Believe it or not, we've had the idea for these polka dot ties brewing for nearly a decade. We were inspired by the success of our two-color striped ties and figured those same winning combos would look awesome in polka dots.

But, as life would have it, other projects kept popping up, and the polka dot dream got pushed to the back burner. Until now, that is.

After 10 years in the making, it was important that we get the polka dots just right. Too big or too small and it just wouldn't work. Back in the day, we might've gone for big dots, but when we got down to business and seriously started working on this pattern late last year, we decided smaller dots were the way to go. We wanted these ties to be versatile enough for any occasion, whether it's casual or formal.

So, here we are, with seven polka dotted color combos to choose from. Most of them are inspired by school and sports team colors, like maroon and gold, hunter green and gold, dark purple and gold, navy blue and red, and black and old gold. But we've also thrown in a couple more options for those dressier moments: White and black, and navy blue and blush pink.

If you've tried our formal striped ties, you'll love these polka dot ones too. They're made from the same durable polyester, with a ribbed background and woven polka dots on top. And speaking of dots, they're about 1/8 in. in size—just big enough to make a statement without going overboard.
